Ghouls, Gouda, & Goblets - Beer & Cheese Pairing

Dare to indulge in the dark side of dairy. Join us for a Halloween-themed beer and cheese pairing featuring the eeriest, funkiest, and most hauntingly delicious cheeses we could dig up. Think pungent blues, wickedly ripe rinds, and oddly colored wedges that look almost too spooky to eat—perfectly matched with craft brews that bring balance (or amplify the fright).

Our resident cheese expert, Kristen, has curated a tasting experience featuring:
• 4 Crasian brews
• 4 Gourmet cheeses
• Expert pairing tips and tasting notes
• Good vibes and scary good company!

📣 Each Month we will be teaming up with Two Guys Bakery & Catering to bring you a delicious meal. Some months we may combine the meal with an event - so be sure to check out our events page! Come as you are and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal at your favorite spot with your favorite people.

Chili Cook-Off & Can Food Drive

Think your chili is the best? Then bring it to our 2025 Crasian Chili Cook-Off on Sunday, November 9th! Or just come and eat some amazing chili (sampling will start around 4 pm).

***Please bring a canned food items to be donated to the local Food Pantry in Brookston***

***If you are interested in being a judge, please email michele@crasianbrewing.com**

Rules:

1. You must use at least 8 oz of Crasian Brew in your chili. Come in with a container between now and the event to collect your beer sample during regular business hours. Or if you already have a crowler of beer set aside, then kudos to you.

2. You must bring a crockpot full of chili and a ladle.

3. All pots must be at the brewery by 2:30 p.m. with judging shortly thereafter.

4. You may enter one pot per category.

5. The top chili's in each category will win a prize. We will announce the winners around 5 pm.

6. The Decisions of the judges are final.

7. No cost to participate in the cook-off.

Categories:

1. Where's The Beef? (Vegetarian or Non-Beef Chili)

2. Not Your Mother's Chili (Most Unique or Unusual)

3. Fire In the Hole! (Spiciest chili)

4. Traditional Chili
